On a recent trip to San Francisco I stopped by Project Cannabis Soma looking for some counterfeit Lemon Tree.
The Lemon Tree was Boof but I did pick up some Grease Monkey by Exotic Genetix to review.
This is the first time I have tried Exotic Genetix and came recommend as the top shelf of Project Cannabis by the Bud Tender.
Grease Monkey is Cookies and Cream x Gorilla Glue #4
The Cookies and Cream is slightly more dominant than the GG4 in the appearance and smell.
The flowers have a dominant sweet scent with lighter floral, citrus and pepper notes.
The inhale is earthy with light notes of pine and diesel with the exhale taking a sweet turn seeing some cookies characteristics such as notes of vanilla and spices complemented by some creaminess.
The high is calming and relaxing with attributes that can help reduce nausea and induce hunger.
Was it worth the money and would you buy it again? Yes the flowers were done the right way by somebody who knows what they were doing.
I would recommend Grease Monkey by Exotic Genetix to anyone who enjoys cookies and cream.
THC: 26%
CBD: 0.05%
Project Cannabis Soma was really nice. Clean, sleek, well lit, professional dispensary with edible consumption lounge allowing for edible manufacturers to give out samples during floor days.
Two Roots, a Cannabis Drink Maker, was doing a floor day at Project Cannabis Soma when I visited . They let me try a bunch of their drinks, one of which is a collab with Jetty.
Two Roots is taking an interesting approach to cannabis drinks. They are making nonalcoholic beer infused with cannabis.
