Paradise Haze Background
Paradise Haze by LA Kush is one of their newer strains. Los Angeles Kush has been dropping a lot of heat lately, In addition to the strain I am reviewing today they also dropped, King of LA, and Los Angeles Fuel, to name a few.Â

Genetics of Paradise Haze
Paradise Haze is the cross of Super Lemon Haze and Paradise OG, which I must say is a fascinating choice. Super Lemon Haze is the classic Sativa cross of Lemon Skunk and Super Silver Haze. In contrast, Paradise OG is a CBD-heavy balanced hybrid and the cross of OG Love and Vahalla.
Aroma
When I took the first whiff of the aroma, the sour lemon and spicy pine made me think of another classic Sativa Strain, Trainwreck. However, learning more about Paradise OG, I found the CBD-heavy flowers can have some unique lemon, lime, and spicy notes. Accordingly, I would describe the aroma of Paradise Haze as a mix of citrus lime and spicy, earthy notes.
Appearance
Los Angeles Kush’s Paradise Haze has a Sativa appearance as expected. The buds are a mix of light and dark green hues covered with many groupings of long curly orange hairs.
The Inhale & The Exhale
With such a Trainwreck-like nose, I expected a similar flavor profile consisting of dominant citrus and spicey pine. However, I was pleasantly surprised to taste something very different than what I expected and something very complex. I would describe the inhale as a gentle sweet-tart citrus lemon complemented by delicate lime notes. While some smooth musky, earthy notes complement the exhale.
The Smoking Experience
I was just talking to a friend about how some genetics have gotten better with time, while others worsen. I can’t find a good Sour D to save my life (DM me on IG if you know a good one). However, I think LA Kush made Super Lemon Haze a hundred times better with their cross of Paradise OG. The impeccably smooth smoking experience pairs so well with such a great flavor profile and high.
The High
With a Trainwreck like nose, I
So was Paradise Haze worth the money and would I buy it again?
Yes, and yes. This is my favorite Sativas of 2021. The flower’s smoke is incredibly smooth, and the high is not too much of an upper as the Trainwreck-like nose might lead you to believe. Not to mention the terp-filled flavor profile that will keep you going back for more.
Where can Paradise Haze be found?
I got my box at the LA Kush on Valley Blvd. That is the only LA Kush to go to. In addition, LA Kush has excellent distribution and can be easily found all over California. I have even seen this strain for sale in Oregon.
