6ixth Sense Sherb BX1 #6 Red Vines Pheno

Next for review is 6ixth Sense Sherb BX1 #6 Red Vines Pheno by Fig Farms. I have reviewed Fig Farms on the blog a few times and am excited to see them depart from their traditional fruit-forward strain variants for the more popular cultivars of the cannabis landscape.

The Genetics of 6ixth Sense

I believe this strain is a Sunset Sherbert seed, among many, that was popped by Fig Farms while pheno hunting. That is a guess, and I could be wrong.

Appearance

Mostly, these trichome-covered colas are deep dark purple, with bright green highlights scattered about as well as tiny splashes of orange from the tiny orange hairs you can find when looking closer.

Aroma

The nose is an inviting blend of sweet, floral, and berry notes complemented by subtle cherry candy notes. The subtle cherry notes are reminiscent of red licorice, which you can see even more in the flavor profile.

The Inhale & The Exhale

The inhale of 6itxh Sense by Fig Farms begins with sharp berry fruit notes before quickly making a doughy turn that just quickly as it comes leaves adding earthy notes and lingering sweet red cherry licorice notes. The flavor profile is complex, but with the exhale and aroma, I can see why they call it the Red Vines Pheno.

The Smoking Experience

Fig Farms has consistently grown impeccably clean, burning weed. They know what they are doing, so I was excited to see them embrace a new lineup. It truly benefits us as a consumer. It allows us the opportunity to try the best strains out today, grown by some of the best cultivators in the market.

The High

The high is strong and comes on fast. An excellent way to describe it would be an instantaneous super duper head high with a mild body high that slowly follows. Even though the high is intense, it is a clean high and top-shelf experience you would come to expect.

So was 6itxh Sense worth the money, and would I repurchase it?

Yes, and yes. If you snooze, you lose. Go check out Fig Farms’ website. There you can find the retired list of strains they no longer grow. You better go out and try this strain before it makes the retired list.

Where can you find 6ixth Sense by Fig Farms?

I grabbed this jar of 6itxh Sense by Fig Farms at the Catalyst on Pine during the Second Saturdays event. If you didn’t know, the Second Saturdays is a giant cannabis event that the Catalyst throws every second Saturday.

They close down the entire block of Pine where Catalyst is located, set up a stage for performances, line the block with cannabis brand booths, and even have a place for consumption called the hot box. Last month they had the Long Beach Dub Allstars perform. Be warned, expect a long line to get into the dispensary during the event.
