Dragon Trash Strain
I have enjoyed a lot of different strains by The Official Gooniez, but there were a few I missed, with Dragon Trash being one of them. Also worth noting, I have only tried Jelly Co when they are collabing with the Gooniez.
Genetics
This proprietary strain by The Official Gooniez and Jelly Co. has unknown genetics but based on the appearance and nose, I believe it is probably a Gelato cross or even a Lemon Cherry Gelato cross.
Appearance
The Dragon Trash Colas are deep dark purple hues with green highlights, and long orange hairs scatter about. Perfectly formed trichome crystals cover the flowers, making them a purplish-white from a distance.
Aroma
The nose is a splendid mix of musky, creamy tart cherry and sour lemon notes. Digging deeper within, you can find soft, delicate floral, and earthy notes.
The Inhale & The Exhale
Sweet-tart cherry and sour citrus lemon notes with a tiny bit of spice make up the inhale. In contrast, the exhale consists of expansive spicey floral and earthy notes.
The Smoking Experience
The flavors of this strain are complex and marry together so well that it was hard to distinguish them at first. This complexity of the flavor profile only adds to this expansive smooth smoking experience.
The High
The high is a clean, functional high you would expect from the top-shelf exotic Zaza. There is a little more head high than a body high. I would recommend it for walks on the beach, bike rides, and hanging with friends.
So was Dragon Trash worth the money, and would I repurchase it?
Yes and Yes. This strain is fire and feels like an evolved Lemon Cherry Gelato, which developed in all the right ways. I also love the homage to SF on the bag art and the tribute to video games, using the same dyno character as the DynoBytes crew.
