GM-UHOH (GMO) By Cannabiotix
Next up in the GMO Royal Rumble is GM-Uhoh by Cannabiotix. I have tried quite a few strains by Cannobiotix(CBX) and reviewed a couple of strains by them too. I am looking forward to seeing what they have to offer when it comes to Garlic Galore.
GM-UHOH Genetics
GMO, also known as Garlic, Mushroom, and Onions, as well as Garlic Cookies, is a cross of two classics, Girl Scout Cookies, and Chemdawg.
Appearance
I was very impressed with the buds in my jar. There are lots of buds, all of a large size worthy of the spinning money shot intro. The flowers are a bright light green hue with orange hairs and ridiculous amounts of trichome crystals. The colas are airy and fluffy with still some good density to them.
Aroma
To be clear, I want the loudest GMO in the world. I want my entire room to smell like sweet garlic funk when I open the jar. The Cannabiotix GMO was slightly muted but had a pronounced sweet, spicy, mushroom nose. Breaking open a bud, you can find much more pungent garlic and onion notes.
The Inhale & The Exhale
Tons of garlic and onions dominate the inhale of GM-Uhoh, which is what I look for in a GMO’s flavor profile. In contrast, the exhale is a very smooth subdued variant of the inhale with sweet undertones. There is lots of fantastic expansion between the two—the most I have seen in all of 2021.
The Smoking Experience
GM-Uhoh by Cannabiotix is my ideal smoking experience. Mind-blowing expansion with a very smooth exhale—immaculate burning flowers with a great flavor profile full of pungent garlic and onions. Sold.
The High
I found the high of this strain to be an uplifting, energetic, cheerful high with not too heavy of a stone. This strain would be perfect for hanging out with friends or going to the movies. From a medicinal perspective, I believe it would be suitable for pain relief and appetite stimulation.
So was GM-UHOH worth the money, and would I repurchase it?
While Cannabiotix may be easy to find in California, their strains tend to be higher in price, usually coming in around $65-$70 an eighth before taxes. I paid $65 for mine. Regardless, I was happy with my purchase and would repurchase CBX’s take on GMO. An excellent top-shelf take on the strain.
Where can GM-UHOH be found?
CBX does a great job with their distribution, making their flowers easily accessible throughout California. Notwithstanding, it did take some effort for me to find GM-Uhoh. After looking in both LA and San Diego, I eventually found them at Mankind in San Diego. That is where I was also able to find Terdz by Clout King, another hard-to-find sought-after strain.
