Grandi Guayava Strain
I am very excited for the next review, Grandi Guayava by GrandiFlora. Lately, I have wanted to revisit some older brands such as Cookies and GrandiFlora. So let’s go!
Genetics
I am not sure about the genetics of this proprietary strain. I believe it is a cross of the Grandi Guava, but I cannot figure out what it is crossed with, even though the name does give you hints. If you know, hit me up on IG and let me know so I can update this review.
Appearance
The flowers are a mix of light green and deep purple hues covered in tiny yellow hairs and trichomes. At first glance, I was concerned these flowers were a bit dense, indicating a rushed flush, but I have been impressed as I have been digging in more.
Aroma
The nose is not anything that I expected it to be. The aroma is a complex blend of woody pepper and earthy guava notes.
The Inhale & The Exhale
The inhale of Grandi Guayava begins with tart woody earthy notes before taking the lingering earthy guava turn seen in the exhale.
The Smoking Experience
I was really impressed with the smoking experience of this strain. The flowers burned to a clean white ash, and I saw a robust, consistent flavor profile throughout the entire joint.
The High
I am finding this strain is packing a heavy head. With such a heavy head high, I believe this strain is ideal for coping with migraines or having your head float above your body like a baloon.
So was Grandi Guayava worth the money, and would I repurchase it?
Yes, these flowers are worth the money, but to be honest, Guava is not one of my personal favorite strains unless you are crossing it with a cake. With that being said, if you enjoy Guava, this strain is for you.
Where can you find Grandi Guayava by GrandiFlora?
You can easily find Grandi Guayava by GrandiFlora as most Cookies locations have their flowers in stock. Still, I have seen more boutique shops like Emberz recently carrying the brand.
