On a trip to Cookies Maywood to pickup some Frosties, I picked up some HP Farms Cream Soda…They sold out of the Frosties and like 7 other strains on my list.
While I was disappointed I couldn’t get the Frosties I was still very excited to get the HP Farms Cream Soda knowing how rare it is.
Cream Soda is Gelato x Wedding Cake.
Now Being that I smoke pounds of Jungle Boys Wedding Cake, I am very particular about Wedding Cake.
And it is worth knowing I am not a fan of strain names that dont make sense.
With the full disclaimer out there, this HP Farms Cream Soda really won me over.
The name really makes sense as it dead on tastes like cream soda.
The inhale has a nice creamy sweet flavor profile while the exhale almost takes a root beerish spicy turn which I enjoy.
The cross was done perfectly with wedding cake being slightly more dominant in the scent and flavor profile while getato adding all the right notes to give the cream some complexity.
Also a purple hue in the flowers is a reminder of the gelato presence.
Was it worth the money? Would I buy it again? Yes to both questions. The Fire Society does not disappoint and the HP Farms Cream Soda was a real treat.
