Next up for review is the strain Zangria by Wizard Trees and Fiya Farmer. It appears the inspiration for this strain is Sangria which is a punch made with Red Wine, Fresh Fruit, and commonly with spirits.
Genetics
I love it when the cultivator shares the strain genetics with you, and Wizards Trees and Fiya Farmer have done just that. I love that we can see the genetics on the front of the bag. There we see the strain is the cross of Thin Minted Cookies and Zkittles.
Appearance
The colas are a mix of deep dark purple and bright green hues covered in resinous trichome crystals and just a few short curly orange hairs scattered about.
Aroma
Meanwhile, the nose does a good job paying homage to the inspiration as the first impression is a spot-on fruit punch. Digging deeper, I would describe the nose as a mix of fruity cherry pineapple tropical punch notes and sharp, sweet cookie notes.
The Inhale & The Exhale
The inhale of Zangria by Wizard Trees, and Fiya Farmer consists of earthy cherry-rich red wine notes. While in contrast, the exhale has lingering berry and red wine notes.
The Smoking Experience
Zargria has a thick, rich, full-flavored smoke with a deep flavor that lingers, making for an intense smoking experience.
The High
This strain is not for the novice smoker. I found the high to be a hefty sedative head high with not too much body high. This strain would be ideal for alleviating migraines and headaches.
So was Zangria worth the money, and would I repurchase it?
Yes and Yes. I am very impressed with this strain as well as their last drop CREAM. I would summarize this strain as a unique quality grown top-shelf exotic flower through and through.
