Stoner Story
There are a ton of exceptionally knowledgeable reviewers on Instagram and YouTube that I enjoy watching. One of the reviewers’ content that I am enjoying a lot these days is @thefirescale
While checking out my feed, I came across his review of Whoa-Si-Whoa by Top Shelf Cultivation. It is one of his favorite strains, and he sold me on it. After watching his review, I began to look for it, as I needed to try it.
Background

Top Shelf Cultivation originally started in Northern California with a focus on indoor cultivation. The majority of their strains are proprietary in-house crosses. Top Shelf Cultivation takes pride in perfecting the cultivating process and consistently has very hight testing cannabis.
This batch of Whoa-Si-Whoa is my first time trying flowers from Top Shelf Cultivation. I was very impressed to learn that most of their genetics are all done in-house. Many of their strains have piqued my interest, such as Junior Mints, Samoas, and Lemonheads.
Genetics

Whoa-Si-Whoa is the cross of The White with one of my favorites, Dosi-Si-Dos. Often I find that I am not a fan of the high of The White or crosses of it. It just doesn’t get me to that Goldilocks just right stone I chase.
However, Top Shelf Cultivation’s cross of Whoa-Si-Whoa was done exceptionally well. They took just the best characteristics of both strains and combined them into one, creating a perfect high, aroma, and flavor profile.
Appearance
The flowering tops are a light green hue with purple leaves found scattered about. There a few long orange hairs here and there with a healthy layer of resinous trichome crystals all around.
Aroma
When you open the jar, the complex fusion of scents greets you. I found the flowers to have this unique nose made up of earthy, musty, spice notes complemented by delicate sweet, nutty notes.

The Inhale
I enjoyed the flavor profile of the inhale considerably. I found the inhale to be a delightful mix of sweet, earthy, nutty doughy notes.
The Exhale
Meanwhile, I discovered a lot more of the characteristics of the white in the exhale. The exhale had a mild mix of sweet piney and woody notes very similar to the flavor profile of The White strain.

The Smoking Experience
The smoking experience was everything you looked for in a top-shelf strain. Both the inhale and exhale was very smooth and clean, with some expansion. The flowers burned clean to a perfect white ash — #whiteashgang.
The High
Similarly, the high was very clean and balanced. The high is often described as a giddy relaxed, calm high. I enjoyed how functional it was with zero burnout. Whoa-Si-Whoa by Top Shelf Cultivations is perfect for a dinner party, hanging with friends, or coping with pain or depression.

So was it worth the money and would I buy it again?
Yes and Yes. Whoa-Si-Whoa is the top of the top shelf. I was very impressed with Top Shelf Cultivation and am very excited to try their other strains.
Where can it be found?
Whoa-Si-Whoa and other Top Shelf Cultivation strains can be found at dispensaries all over California.
