Silky Gelato
Next up is the strain by Silky Gelato by Silky Wonka and MountBurnin415. There is so much Silkiness on the interwebs I am excited to get some first-hand experience with it.
Genetics
Truth be told, all the Silk confuses me slightly. I believe the strain Silky Gelato by Silky Wonka to be an impeccable perfect Gelato 41 cut.
Appearance
The flowers are a gorgeous mix of bright light and deep dark green/purple hues. Perfectly formed trichomes and just the right amount of orange hairs cover the colas.
Aroma
The nose is the most inviting aroma that I’d describe as sweet, silky, creamy vanilla notes. Silky smooth.
The Inhale & The Exhale
The inhale consists of sweet vanilla cream notes, while in contrast, the exhale has more extensive earthy herbal notes.
The Smoking Experience
I get it now. Silky is a great way to describe not only the smoking experience but also the nose. These stunning clean-burning flowers are being grown the right way. That is the only way you could have such a clean burn and silky smooth smoke.
The High
This Strain packs quite the punch and is a balanced mix of head and body high. It is excellent for stimulating appetite, being lazy, or combating insomnia. Who knew Gelato could hit so hard?
So was Silky Gelato worth the money, and would I repurchase it?
Yes and Yes. I had a smooth experience with this strain, and I highly recommend this flower. Great flavor, nose, smoke, and high. Total top-shelf package.
Where can you find Silky Wonka’s Silky Gelato?
I believe you can only find the majority of Silky strains on the streets. However, Teds Budz Distribution Company is distributing this batch of this strain and will be available at spots like Emberz, Cookies, and Dr. Greenthumbs on 11/5/21.
